- To import an AutoCAD solid model, do the following sequence: 3DSOUT, 3DSIN, EXPLODE before exporting to DXF. Basically you need to convert it in a collection of 3DFACEs.
Don't find 3DSOUT anymore? Yes, Autodesk removed it from version 2007 and later but luckily you can still add it with the following utility: 3DSOUT Command.
